Acrylic

Acrylic was the first medium that I used when I started my artistic journey as a teen. My mother paid for private painting lessons and I’m now proud to say I’m among countless others who learned to paint from the Bob Ross painting method. Many years later, I came back to painting with images of African animals as my inspiration. The photographs I used for reference were ones I took myself on the safaris my husband and I took when we lived in South Africa. It was really then, painting these African animals, that I started developing my own painting style.
